CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE

Your guide, in your language.

Find the path through the book, a worked example and clear explanations of the reading, planning and review pages.

A SIMPLE START

Understand. Try. Observe.

The mini-guide explains what each field does, then shows how to use it in an ordinary situation.

  1. Open at your date

Choose a volume and begin with your current situation. You do not need to catch up on missed days.

  2. Understand the fields

Find the day’s idea, its reasons, the permission and the suggested action. Use the right-hand page to organize or review.

  3. Try and observe

Choose a suitable small step, then note what actually happened. An obstacle or an uncertainty can also inform what comes next.

A WORKED EXAMPLE INSIDE

Fictional example from the English guide: explanation, permission, action, evening question and practical takeaway.
A fictional example explains the method without assuming that a result has been achieved.

A FEW USEFUL POINTS

Before you begin.

Do I need to catch up on missed days?

No. Return to the current date and use only the days you actually followed when you review your experience.

Do I need all four volumes?

No. Each quarterly volume can be used independently. The same guide accompanies all four volumes in its language.

Can I use the printed book on its own?

Yes. The book includes its own instructions and prompts. This illustrated guide is an additional explanation, not a requirement for using your planner.
